I need help finding this movie,name this movie ???????

OK,I have been looking and typing random names into Google all night without luck.

Im pretty sure this movie was released in the 80’s,it was about a bunch of kids aged from around 5 to 17.

The movie was situated in an Orphange,there was a lot of pranks being played out,I seem to remember a lot of water balloons being dropped from high balconies

The movie was comedy with a serious side and message.

I know its not a lot to go on,just hoping one of you has a real good memory.

  2. Thank you for this,I have trying for a long while,looking at some of the pics via IMDB it looks like it could be,cant find a decent torrent for it,but thanks all the same
