The Safe house(2012)Movie review – A cheap Bourne rip off!

The question, what do we know about this guy?,has been the most common way to tell the background of a character to the viewer, this movie uses this trick to the max!

Well the start of this movie was gripping,Denzil has the ability to make you hate or love him with just a simple look, none of the usual character traits which define his moral code, his character is played out with you having to choose if you side with him or not.

Ryan Reynolds was good, without being special,I think to be honest,he has been type cast as the teen heart-throb and the quirky boyfriend that many times, that this never leaves my consciousness.

Back to the movie, first twenty minutes, fantastic, the following hour or so turned into the Bourne franchise,it was such as shame,as it had the beginnings of something good.

Worthy if a watch, just wish they didn’t copy the Bourne films in the later part.

6/10
