Black gold (2011) Movie review – ”On the wealth and religious implications of finding oil”

A story of two Arab families set in the 1930’s,when the oil boom is discovered the story unfolds on the wealth and religious implications of finding oil.

The movie is interesting on many levels,I thought the story would become far too political,in the end I latched on to the human element and enjoyed some strong acting and action sequences.

I would recommend this movie,it doesn’t go down that cliché path of pandering to the western audience.
