Mr Brooks (2007) Movie review ; Interesting movie for 20 minutes

This movie had the potential for greatness,Kevin Costner plays a serial killer who’s trying his best to give up,Costner bring’s his icy stare, which is normally reserved for his good guy characters and swaps it for it evil,he is believable and the film grabs your attention for the first twenty minutes,I like how Kevin’s conscious is played by William Hurt,it’s a nice and original way to show the mind of a killer.

The mega downfalls of the movie include Demi Moore and Dane Cook, they both play important roles in the film, their performance or lack of one makes the film go flat pretty quickly,on one hand you have unique and interesting twist on the life of a killer mixed with the blandness of Moore and Cooks talent.

Bad casting.
