The Grand Budapest Hotel (2014) Movie Review; Good & Bad !

An interesting movie,  full of stars and quirky story that eventually turns out to be an anticlimax.

It’s the story about an owner of a famous hotel who reveals how he came to own the property, the story is told with a traditional style that is charming and elegant but at time feels somewhat forced, you can’t help but enjoy the style of the film and the grandioso theme.

The amount of stars involved is surprising, Bill Murray, Ralph Fiennes, F. Murray Abraham, Adrien Brody, Willem Dafoe, & Jeff Goldblum.

With all the star quality included the film really does go nowhere in the end, it feels as though the director thought his job was done when including his cast list, I am afraid not, this movie does have charm but it is missing some vital plot points that never arrived.

6/10
